So....On my mom's last day we decided to make it kind of an easy one. We went shopping for a little bit and then headed over to the National Portrait Gallery where we walked around a little bit and looked at a bunch of people's faces. There was a new exhibit up so we didn't get to see "the world's most photographed" oh well...i should her the book that had the same pictures in it. After that we had a delightful little tea in the crypt of St. Martin in the Field's church. It was a really cool place with quite possibly the best gift shop in town. Check it out. After that we made the journey home. After of course, my mom got her one double decker bus ride in...even though it was just down the street.....
We then gathered up all of her stuff and got on the tube to go to Paddington station to get her on the Heathrow express. I made sure everything was secure and she had her ticket and was on the right train and then said goodbye. It was a really really really fun trip for her to be here.

I do have to say that our trip was somewhat sponsored by Pret a Manger, because every single day we stopped in one to get our caffeine fix. I don't usually drink coffee or anything but after hanging out with my mom, i started getting headaches when i didn't have any. Thanks for getting me addicted mom!!!!!
